May 22, 2025 at 10:58 amVery disappointed with the service. The delivery person does not deliver to my doorstep and always asks me to come 2 km away from my home to collect the package. This defeats the whole purpose of home delivery. On one occasion, the delivery agent even refused to come at all and marked the package as undelivered without informing me. This is highly unprofessional and inconvenient. I hope Ekart takes this feedback seriously and improves their service quality.
